I really appreciated the updates. Linda was great to work with. She made me feel USAA had definitely made the right recommendation. You also have a great person at the front desk. I was a receptionist for over 40 years. 38 with the same company. I know a good one when I see one. Big plus - my VERY DIRTY car was so clean when I picked it up.

The repair to my car has been a happy experience compared to dealing with the person who caused the accident. Joe has been so pleasant to work with and the car now looks great again. The car was a brand new Lexus with less than 1000 miles on it. The repair price was very fair. I have had another car repaired at Gerber and both times the experience was very pleasant.

I asked for OEM parts but was told that was not possible since insurance was paying for the repair. I would have paid for a better quality replacement but that didn’t seem to be an option.

The staff at Gerber did an excellent job of communicating with me during the 2+ weeks my vehicle was in their shop. There were some challenges about obtaining a specific part to complete the job, but Joe worked hard to solve the issue in a timely manner. Ultimately, the problem was solved to my satisfaction. I would recommend Gerber for their excellent, detailed communications and their quality of top notch work for an excellent, finished result.
