Wayne took great care of my car. He kept me in the loop regularly and when I came to pick it up it was cleaned inside and out. He walked me through all of the repairs and everything looked great. I did have a problem when I went to leave. My car wouldn't start. Wayne said that they charged my battery but it wasn't apparently holding a charge. He replaced the battery on the spot and I wasn't charged for it. That is what I call customer service! Thank you Wayne and Gerber Collision!

I was very pleased with my car repair experience! They communicated daily about the progress on my car! Wayne & the front desk lady were very nice! My car was beautifully clean when I picked it up. They even washed the front car mats!!! I would definitely use this Gerber Collision Center again!

There was a large scratch remaining on the car in the damaged area. I was told to bring it back another time to fix it. It's an hour commute, round trip, to get there and the gas it will take to do that is a loss for me. I was considering additional repairs there, if they could do it in the same visit, but if they couldn't I was planning on taking it somewhere closer to me. Now I have to drive there again anyway and the situation is really frustrating. I also had to self advocate for an estimate before I felt comfortable consenting to work being done. That took almost an hour and I had to get my insurance adjuster involved. The front desk person kept using the word "bitch" (referring to how she thought I was thinking of her, when I was not) and it made me very uncomfortable. Overall I feel the customer service should have been better considering the business I was bringing them and was planning on continuing. I would be receptive to remedial refunds.
