The car looks great, but there are new scratches near where panels were removed and the rubber stuff between a panel and the windshield was not replaced properly and is now loose

They told me the scratches were something on the car and a compound would take them off when it rained. The compound came off but the scratches are still there

I chose gerber because the last time was outstanding!!!! And to be honest because they detailed my car after! It looked brand new inside, I mentioned the detailing twice on the phone when I made my reservation. That is the MAIN AND ONLY reason I chose them. I missed my first appointment by a day because my flight was canceled and at first they dais it would take more than a month, I stressed, no sleep in over two days, sorry, and I lost it but the front office woman was awesome. I wasn't. I got texts about car liked that a lot! But they said don't call the car was ready. Called anyway, told car was ready. Went paid, car not ready, promised the next morning by 10ish, nope next day. Guy I balked to super condensating, so I waited and next next day showed up when they said it was done. Hood not aligned, I asked others to look because I didn't want to be "that" person but they all saw it, panel missing from door and car NOT CLEANED!!!!!! They did say no problem and will fix the hood. That was why I chose them. And am bummed. I had wrote an excellent and raving review on yelp last time, now just sad, disappointed and bummed. Front woman awesome!!!!! Not excited about anything else.
