When I arrived to pick up my vehicle the location had experienced a power outage so they had closed the office. My phone battery was nearly dead and I was scared I’d be stranded. One of the technicians came out a side/ back door and saw me and was able to help me charge my phone in the shop to order an uber. He really saved me and was very kind. Later, the shop gave us a discount for the cost of Ubers which was not expected but greatly appreciated! The power outage was out of all our control and I appreciated how they handled everything.
