Brought up repair concerns when we picked it up and they said we can’t look at it right now because the tech who fixed your car isn’t here today. Was there not someone else to look at it? When we brought the concern up, the response was 4Runners are notorious for bracket placement issues- if you as a business know this is a common issue, why do you not ensure it is fixed before the customer picks up the vehicle? Why do you not spend more time on this area of the repair to ensure it meets company standards?

Kara and Berkeley provided outstanding customer care the day after my accident. My car was taken in and parts were ordered right away, and there was no delay in the repair work. I received a message every couple of days letting me know where the parts were at when they’re coming and updated me regarding their progress on the car repair. When I first went into their office, they had a rental car ready for me through enterprise. So there was no delay at all. I greatly appreciate their outstanding service and I highly recommend them.
