From the start I knew I made a bad decision coming here - not being told I had to physically sign for my car as it’s being towed. None of the process was explained to me. The front desk lady was incredibly rude and also watching tv while on the clock off her phone. You guys had to re paint my car taking another week, so I was out again without my car ridge before having to move. And there’s a large paint drip right above my door handle. Paint is also not blended well. I will also be writing a Google review bc this was horrible. Never coming here again and would not recommend to any person
