Easy online appt process ,like next day. Easy arrangement w insurance co and super easy arrangement w car rental all at Gerber. Great mid repair process phone call on status was appreciated. Ended up quicker repair than originally estimated was great.

Excellent work. The repairs were done in a timely manner and with exceptional craftsmanship. The customer service was outstanding, thank you Lindsay. I would have marked a 10, but the passenger side rail light replacement was missed, but to be fair the crack in the lens was hard to see. Also I’m very happy with the rental car drop off and pick up option. Thank you so much! I highly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass for vehicle repairs.

Every bit of communication was professional and personal. They made me feel like a family member. I had that feeling like I knew all of the staff member for 10+ years.
