The repair looked great! The only complaint is that the rear drivers door now does not open, but your staff stated they would rectify this for me! So, I am 95% satisfied, and would highly recommend you to others!

I would recommend that the person get additional estimate from other collusion centers. Mainly because of the lack of communication, the difference between the verbal estimate, written estimate and final cost.

I took my vehicle in for an estimate in June. A verbal quote of 600 to 800 dollars was given. I received a written quote of 1500+. Talked with my insurance company and received the green light. I told Gerber and was given an August timeline. August came and went. I contacted Gerber and was told they never heard from me. It was now September. Less than 20 minutes after I contacted Gerber, I received a phone call that the part came in. I scheduled a service date. The bill was 200 dollars more than the estimate. I'm disappointed in the lack of communication from Gerber. I dropped the vehicle off on Monday and was told I would get a progress call on Thursday. I never got a call. I feel if I hadn't called in September, Gerber never would have contacted me.

Very nice people to work with. My vehicle was done in a timely matter. Always keeps the customer up to date on the vehicle they are working on. Will always use Gerber . Mitch always makes sure the customer is happy and everything is up to standard before they leave.
