I had a pair of Rayban sunglasses in the car when I left it at the Gerber business The sungasses were not in the car and were stolen by a Gerber employee. I immediately went back into to the office and informed the manager of the theft. He had insurance for his business and offered me nothing. He didn't even say he was sorry.

The only complaint is it took two weeks in the shop and 4-6 weeks to get it in. There's a long light scratch on the passenger front and back door 2 feet long that wasn't there when we took the car in for repair.
