Although I was very upset that a deer accident wrecked my new car, I am extremely impressed with the whole process at Gerber. They turned in their appraisal for the insurance company in a timely manner. Because their bid was fair, the insurance company chose Gerber. The work that the techs did was impressive. The final result even passed my dad's inspection; he used to do body work and is very picky about making cars look like new. Also, during the process, the receptionist was always friendly and upbeat. It is nice to work with a company that makes someone who has car damage feel confident that they can make it right. Thanks.

Only reason not a 10, I dropped my Jeep off Monday night with someone in shop. My appointment was Wednesday, I was called on Thursday because “they didn’t have my vehicle” and asked if I wanted to reschedule. Told them I dropped it off Monday and was then asked “if my keys were in it”. They found it parked somewhere on site and didn’t realize . So that glitch in communication made me a bit anxious. Everything turned out very well though.

All of the office staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My whole experience was very smooth and completely on a timely manner. I was blown away when I picked up my vehicle on how clean it was! They took the time to detail the interior of the drivers cabin. Totally unexpected!!! Highly recommend Mitch and all the employees. The quality of their work was top notch!!
