First of all, I think I answered this survey about a week back. In general I have been extremely satisfied with your work, not only this time but also in the past. That is why I choose to drive so many miles ( about 150) to to utilize your services. Your staff such as Mich Gray are valuable assets.

As you know we have had several vehicles repaired at your facilities. Also, we live near Green Bay. I have been so totally satisfied with repairs carried out by your technitions I am more than willing to drive the extra miles. I am a perfectionist but even under close scrutiny, I have never found something as minor as a pebble on a floor mat.
