I took my car in for an estimate in July, and I was told they were very busy and they would call me when they could get me on the schedule. But after 2 1/2 months I called them in October to see if they had time for my car! Now they were always very friendly and after I called it took another week and another call by me to get an appointment. Again their customer service was good but the delay did make me think they had just forgotten about me.
