Explorer was repaired properly and looks brand new

Was informed that it would take 3-5 days. Car dropped off over the weekend so was on site to start work on Monday morning. I called on Wednesday to check on repairs -informed that it was waiting to be painted and may not be completed by Friday. Informed personal that needed to be completed as originally was informed it would be 3-5 days. Would call back on Thursday and would need to set up rental car if not completed. Called Thursday and car was going to be done on Friday. I would suggest that stating a timeframe to a Customer should be accurate. In addition, quote for cost of repair was given. Actual amount was 700 dollars greater than quote. I would suggest informing customer of this agreement with the insurance company as if I was going to pay out of pocket for the entire repair, I would have been upset with the difference
