Very professional and prompt. Also went beyond expectations, they contacted car rental company, and Joe the painter work overtime to finish our car. Very pleased with our repair.

Whenever we called the staff was very nice on the phone, however we had to initiate all communication regarding the status of our vehicle repair. The status link was helpful, however it seemed to just stay in “dropped off” without any information on the status of the contractor coming in to do the work, or parts ordered.

I wasn’t satisfied on how they handled certain situations, for one they never contacted me I was the one calling them for status on my vehicle, they gave me a promise date in which they broke and still didn’t reach out to me to inform me it wasn’t going to be ready and when it was ready I actually called them and they apologized for not calling so when we went to pick up the vehicle they didn’t even double check if it was good and ready it turned out that they somehow drained out my battery where when we tried to turn it on it wouldn’t and I even had a flat tire on the front driver side, my vehicle should have been completely inspected, they took my peace of mind. I definitely would not take it back. These were simple expectations, calling the customer keeping them posted and assuring the vehicle is properly working when picking it up.

When I drop my vehicle off it was running perfectly fine and I pick it up and now it's always trying to stall and my check engine light is on. So a little concerned if that's related to work that was done or if this is just something that's happening.
