I was really impressed with the team at Lochmandy. They responded immediately to any questions I had. The appraisal was quick, but thorough. They gave me documentation for everything. They took care of everything with my insurance company so that I didn’t have to worry about filing insurance paperwork. .The staff double checked everything with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Lochmandy finished the repairs two days early. The bumper looks better than it did when I bought the car. They even cleaned the inside of my car! I hope I never have to get my cars body fixed again, but if I do, I’m taking it to Lochmandy.

I would recommend them to everyone!! They were great. They will get my business again if ever I need it! Couldn't ask for nicer people!! There was a small holdup but that was my insurance company they had to wait on!! Definitely recommend them!!

Yes, my process was really easy and they kept you informed about each step they were doing and if it was if there were a delay, which wasn’t in my case, they would call you and let you know. I would definitely use this repair facility for my future body repair work

Repair was completed and looks nice, but the service and info that you receive or do not receive makes you feel like they leave you feeling like you've been left on the side of the road. My thought is I will take it some where else next time
