Had to take the vehicle back to readjust the driver's door as it didn't close properly and it vibrated. Also had two parts that had to be refit. One was and the other couldn't be. Also, it took 16 days to get my vehicle fixed.

The only individual I interacted with was the Estimator, Barb Mathews. Barb was very personable. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. She kept me updated as to the progress of the bodywork being done and parts that had to be ordered. She seemed to coordinate well between her department and the service department.
