Overall I'm rating the repair an 8. I understand that the insurance company wants you to repair with used parts which is what I agreed too. However, part of my repair was the front headlight area. I noticed right away that the inside of the headlight cover was 'cloudy' and I didn't like that. I wish someone had called me to let me know that so that I could have at least found out the cost of a new headlight cover which would have matched my other headlight cover. As cars age the covers become cloudy but mine were crystal clear prior to the accident.

You guys had my 2024 Mercedes GLS 580 for over three months. I have never dealt with such a situation every week. There was something new that had to be found and then fixed. I don’t have much confidence in your facility nor whatever will recommend it to anyone else.

There are some scrapes and scuffs on the interior of the vehicle. One of the windshield wipers is too short. The automatic windshield wiper setting does not work.
