Jeremiah was good at explaining what needed to be repaired in a friendly, knowledgeable manner. He sent by text a breakdown of repairs and cost. I also received status reports on the progress. Everything was completed in a timely manner. The work was excellent. I would definitely recommend Gerber Collision.

Currently back at Gerber. Been there since this Monday AM.. no one has called me. Had to return car as new issues popped up (passenger front window all sudden doesnt work & left head light doesnt work when it was only right one not working.) and big issue of turn signals not working. It makes turn signal sound.. no turn signal light on dash or mirror or actual turn signal Many repair misses..delays over poor communication. Body work great but rest i give a C-. Dont understand why im jumping through so many hoops as a customer
