I’m still waiting on a part for my car. DE9Z 17E811 AA I’ve been told it is in stock at multiple Lincoln dealerships in the US but no one is doing anything to acquire the part. Also no one at the Gerber Collision in Elkhart Indiana is staying in contact with me

We are very happy with how our car looks now. Your staff kept us up to date on repair progress and we appreciated the texts. However when we arrived to take our personal belongings from our Fusion we found the car covered in snow. When I talked to Tori about collecting our things it sounded like she was saying the car would be inside the building. Also I had to call her after we got to our car because no one was there with key to open it. We are pleased that our repairs were done quickly. My husband is quite impressed with how nice the Fusion repairs look. Thx
