Service was not good, then they wanted to bump a $7,000.00 estimate to $11,000.00. and then they didn't even put on a new running board that was on the original estimate. This is what give body shops a bad name, trying to take advantage of customers.

Ultimately they were unable to perform the required repairs but Julio did everything in his power to help me achieve my desired result. He went above and beyond and his communication was top notch. Not to mention he is a good customer service representative and will make a great estimator. I would happily refer anyone to Gerber collision and Glass. They will take great care of you.

The paint and bodywork repairs were completed satisfactorily. While the overall repairs were acceptable, there are a few areas where I believe the work could have been executed more thoroughly.

Mia (apologies if I have misspelled her name) has been exceptional, and her communication has been outstanding. However, after receiving my vehicle, I experienced a lapse in follow-up regarding my concerns, and I did not receive a return call as expected. After a few days, I reached out again, and Mia promptly addressed the issue by contacting the appropriate person, which ultimately resulted in me receiving the necessary follow-up
