The work was completed in Indiana and shipped back to Battle Creek. Nolan from the Battle Creek store is going to make sure that I am satisfied with the work. I have an appointment to return ion July 21st to have the work completed correctly.

My truck was initially towed to Gerber of Benton Harbor Michigan. It was going to take them about six weeks before I would get it back. They called around and found that Gerber of Elkhart Indiana could get to it quicker and had it towed there. Both Gerber in Betten, Harbour, and Elkhart, Indiana Informed me every step of the way. when Gerber of Indiana completed my truck, they were going to have it towed back to Benton Harbour for me to pick up. The tow company could not get to it until the following day so I drove to Gerber to pick it up and the man working on my truck stayed after working hours so I could receive my truck. I really appreciated that my truck looks like it did when I drove it off the Seely lot brand new.

Yes I especially like how polite they are. Even though I had a million questions they were just so patient and I love that. It made me feel safe to leave my car in their hands. I also liked how they kept me updated and had water to offer as I waited. Everyone was so friendly. I love it
