Learned about what I need to say and how i need to say it and what questions to ask. The customer service team is nice and cares. But in hindsight, the team obviously knew what the insurance company wouldn't cover and didn't bring my attention to it.

While I give a 10, I am not happy that the repair team didn't communicate with me that Progressive was playing games with the damage. Had the communication taken place with me, I would have been able to take action quicker.

The updates were generic but often. It would have helped to understand what was getting repaired for 3 weeks instead of "yep, repairs are proceeding" which is very generic and not very helpful.
