Scott was overly helpful in the repair process from estimate to delivery. Ryan took time to walk me around the truck to assess the repairs. Ann Marie is probably the most wonderful, loveliest person in the customer service industry I've ever had the pleasure of speaking with. Always such joy in her voice

The repair and service were great! However, I didn't check the inside of my vehicle before I left the shop. When I got home, I opened the trunk and all my personal items that were in the storage compartment were sitting on top of the compartment cover and covered with dust. The back seat was very dusty, the baby car seat was removed and not secured, the seat belt latch was on the floor and I had to bring the car back to have it put back in and there was an empty small can of some chemical that was probably used for the repair.
