They asked me to hold off on picking up the truck until it could be washed. I assumed they meant the entire truck and it certainly wasn't washed well. It appears as if it was sprayed down but not washed.

You do not need to contact me because the issue is being taken care of. It was so obvious, I wondered if any one inspected the car before they called me to tell me it was ready. We'll see what it looks like when I get a call that it's ready again.

The workmanship is a 10, the service is a 0. I was told my vehicle would take 10 days to fix, it took 28 days. I never received a phone call notifying me it would take longer, I had to keep calling them asking if it was finished.
