Dropped off my Palisade for repairs and my expectations were exceeded with the level of customer service provided!! I wasn’t expecting my car to be washed (including the tires),or the floorboards vacuumed. I think my dashboard was wiped down and was my gas topped off?! You truly outdid yourselves and I appreciate everything!! Phenomenal job!!

The only thing it took longer than a month I could ever imagine. I understand about the having old car and needing parts, but he should order the parts before he told me HEB in my car, but I’m happy with it. People‘s time is really really important.

The only thing is that only insurance that it would be ready in four days and then it turned out to be a couple of weeks. I would rather drove my car instead of the other car rental car, but other than that, everybody was pretty professional.
