I was totally satisfied from the moment I walked into Gerber Collision to drop off my car until the moment my car repair was completed. Jim was outstanding! He was professional and kept me well informed as to the work that would be performed to make my car whole again. I was very impressed and it was a pleasure to work with him and his staff. If I ever need Gerber Collision in the future, I will not hesitate to work with them again.

It was picked up dirty, not returned the way I provided it. The backup camera does not work. It worked prior to it was not something that needed fixed.

I told my car was ready to be picked up when I picked it up. I had to wait an hour and a half because it was filthy. Things were not returned the way it was dropped off and the backup camera doesn’t work and I will have to make another appointment and be without my car for several days with the rent and then having to get a rental.

This was the first time I had a chance to see such perfection in auto work . They gave me an estimated on the hail storm damage that attacked my car a few weeks ago . I dropped off my car and a few days later they called and it was finished ...all I had to do was pay my deductible and they sent the rest to the insurance company. It was so easy , and done . To my surprise as well ...looked like they cleaned the inside and gave it a wash ...wow. ...wonderful . Thank you so much ...love my shiny car back home .
