I was told 7 - 10 days for repair. It took 42 days. Several times, I got updates saying the work would be done in a couple days, only to have that updated and set back again. Because of this slow-roll tactic, I racked up a HUGE rental car fee that I can't really afford. I feel taken advantage of and am very unhappy.

They told me it would take 7 - 10 days. I had to pay $20 per day for a rental car insurance. It took 42 days and cost me a fortune. They kept telling me that my car would be ready in a couple more days, stringing me along. 42 days. Unacceptable.
