I called and spoke with Holly to schedule my first appointment and everything was so easy and was taken care of so fast. Got the estimate from Jim and he was very detailed explaining all the work to be done. I spoke with Jim throughout the repair process to be kept up to date. Overall, a very easy process and repairs look great!

From the moment I came, didnt even leave my car Jim was at my door to receive me because i was early for my appointment, I decided to wait - not him - everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making the repair process as smooth as possible. Very efficient team My car looks brand new! The quality of the their work exceeded my expectations. They even went the extra mile by polishing my other headlight so it would match the new one perfectly, and they gave me a small can of matching touch-up paint for any future chips. Those thoughtful touches really showed their pride in their work and their commitment to customer satisfaction. Also, communication throughout the process was excellent, and every question I had was answered with patience and kindness. It’s not often you find a business that combines quality work with good old fashioned customer service! I had three quotes, they won because of their level of care I highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass to anyone looking for honest, high-quality collision repairs.
