The communication was superb throughout the repair. In particular, Patrick was very helpful and assured that I stayed abreast at every juncture. He was also sure to ask me specific questions during the repair pertaining to my preferences instead of the shop making any assumptions. All the staff were cordial and able to answer questions even outside the scope of their duties (regarding insurance, rental process, etc). I have several other cosmetic tasks unrelated to my recent claim, and fully intend on having them complete these for me.

No going to happen and I was exclusive for years.

Took way longer then planned. Then when they called run in the paint. About week after that I picked it up. No walk around just take the keys. It looked fine from the outside walk. Some buffing compound and the truck wasn't washed they way I think I would show it to a customer. Took the truck home and parked it. Next day take it and noticed cracked dash and greasy finger prints up around the windshield. Called Pat and no return call. Kinda tired of asking for the vehicle to get fixed and then they give it me like this. It is Tuesday and still no call and I called 6 days ago.
