Long delay for minor repair, poor followup, no loaner car

Quite satisfied with the outcome, however the total experience no so much...considering there was not major damage only a deer hit, which was only a grill and bumper cover and minor pieces, it took 2 weeks for repair. Scheduling was not good, possibly parts??? Add to that no loaner makes this not to return, sorry.

When I initially asked the front desk how long you would have my car it was 1week. It then turned into 3weeks which was disappointing and I could have better prepared with a rental had I known it was going to be 3 weeks. Dennis called me and assured me the truck would be done on Thursday or he would get me a rental. I would recommend the front desk not provide timeframes unless they are sure or provide a range. Thanks for the quality of work!

Repairs look great! Loved that my car was even washed a vacuumed when I picked it up! HUGH perk! A little pricey and took over a week to complete - loner cars would be advantageous when it takes so long.
