This is pertaining to the second of two vehicles that were repaired by gerber collision. First being 2018 chrysler 300, that was brought in for deer damage. They allowed me to leave with the car to only be stranded the next day do to the gas cap button being disconnected. The most recent, our 2016 toyota tundra. Itwas brought in for deer damage. It left the shop with the front passenger door rubbing the front right quarter panel while opening. The 4 wheel drive left disconnected. A squealing water pump that was faulty within a few hundred miles of leaving the shop. Extremely dissatisfied with our experience doing business with Gerber Collision.

Mechanically truck looks well repaired. Painting and finishing lacking though. I know black is a hard color to work with so understood the swirls in it from the buffing/polishing. However there is visual overspray on the roof (can be seen from ground), numerous fish eyes on hood, along with “dull” remaining from the buffing. Drivers side windshield also appears to be tucked in more than it should be in one section.
