Next time, please call in advance (at least a day) to let the person know the car is ready. I was in big bear for the weekend since we started spring break and the timeline via text said car would be ready 4/10. I get a call Friday morning 4/3 saying my car is ready and must be picked up otherwise I’ll be charged for the rental over the weekend. Monday morning would have been perfect. Scrambling to figure things out, I decided to drive back all the way from big bear same day, only to be told by the receptionist I could have picked Monday 4/6 with no extra charge. I did communicate this with the person on the phone that I was not in the area because springbreak started 4/2, he basically told me EOD or I get charged. This caused me so much stress, panic, anxiety and in the end I was disappointed to hear that I was not given accurate information or support.

Greg explained everything before hand and followed through on notifying throughout the entire process.He said my car would be ready on the 27th, but I was unable to pick it up until the next day. It was a Saturday, but Greg made it possible for me to get my car anyway. I would recommend Gerber to anyone who needs work done on their car!
