I picked up my car on Tuesday. The aftermarket pieces did not fit my car. I am upset that after $4,200 paid by the insurance company that my car does not look presentable. I understand thing shift but if things don't lock into place there should be other alternatives. Trevor took pictures of what I was upset about and said he would order the parts and I would bring in my car and they would be replaced. I have not heard anything from him except for this survey

I got an estimate and they started working on my car the next day! The staff was amazing! They kept me informed and answered all of my questions. They even stayed after hours to allow me to pick up my car when it was done. I had a very positive experience
