Tommy detailed my car and had it ready for pick up. It’s winter time and the salt stains were everywhere on my floor. I also travel with children so the snack crumbs in my back seat were a lot. I appreciate him taking that time to clean all that for me. The transition for drop off and return was really easy. This is my first time in 40 years having to have a car go through the collision process and they made it easy.

I had an excellent experience with Gerber Collision. Trevor was amazing throughout the entire process and kept me well informed every step of the way. His communication was clear, timely, and professional, which made the whole repair experience much less stressful. Aurora was also incredibly kind and helpful whenever I called. She was always pleasant to speak with and took the time to answer my questions and make sure everything was handled smoothly. The entire team truly went above and beyond to get my car repaired as quickly as possible, even working hard to track down parts that were on backorder. I really appreciated the extra effort they put in to keep things moving. When I picked up my car, the repair work was exceptional and the vehicle was returned to me spotless inside and out. It looked fantastic. I’m very grateful for the professionalism, care, and attention to detail from everyone at Gerber Collision. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing collision repairs.
