The workmanship and professionalism were top notch very satisfied. The customer interface at the counter was also very clear and helpful. Politely and professionally handling all rental car paperwork and pickup calls. The only point of contention was the high discrepancy between the estimate for the repair and the final charge. Nearly doubling. This had no impact to my responsibility but even so the difference was shocking.

Every phone call and in person visit was pleasant and professional. Also, vehicle was washed and cleaned inside when we picked it up. It has not been that clean since it was new and we were very pleasantly surprised.

Shoddy workmanship. RUDE front office (Trevor). MANY loose wires & connections (per dealership) led to my car dying on the road the day after picking uo my vehicle, creating a potentially dangerous situation and an incredible amount of stress and anxiety.

We were concerned at first to use Gerber because they were recommended by the insurance company, so I figured we were going to get the cheapest parts and service. I’m glad to say Gerber is an outstanding company. The workmanship is awesome, their customer service is outstanding, their communication during the repair was surprising, they called twice a week to give us updates on the truck. I highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass for any body work you may have in the future. Thanks to all the workers at Gerber Flint & Corruna Road locations 👍🏻
