They kept calling even after we had a bad snowstorm and was told only be out of you had to. And then called when it was Holiday and some banks was closed. And when I told them about the payment the guy thought I was lieing. Not good customer service at all and will not be using them again. And the fix the car fast which makes me think it’s not done right.

I am completely satisfied with the work, but my jeep is so new that parts were incredibly hard to come by so it ended up taking WAY longer to get it finished that it should've. And that's not any fault of theirs, it was just frustrating to lose something so new and to have to wait so long due to something that wasn't my fault. I fully appreciate the patience of the employees and they were SAINTS for putting up with my frustration at the whole situation. THANK YOU!

The bumper and quarter panel repair looks great they stayed in touch an kept me updated, except the fact my trunk bulb wasn’t working they informed me of that when I arrived to pick up my car. They detailed the car it all looked amazing just unfortunate that something else was wrong with the car
