I trusted you to repair my car and it took 2 days for it to be looked at and then I was charged for paint supplies by the hour. The woman at the front desk would not listen to me nor was she organized with my paperwork, she was only interested in chatting it up with the mechanics. Overall, the work quality was good but the service was horrible and I will not recommend to my friends or family.

Not very satisfied, and I am a positive person. My front door panel has a noticeable crease about 6-7 inches long. Rear door has a ridiculous wave at the buttom. For the money paid both doors should look brand new but clearly something is off.

The staff at Gerber made my experience more than pleasurable. The gal at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating, making me feel comfortable leaving my vehicle in their hands. My estimator Brett was courteous and very thorough in examining my car as well as explaining all the repairs I would need. I also met the manager Shane who was personable and assured me that I was in good hands. The repair was done extremely quickly which I was super excited about and it looks better than new!
