I only got my car 6 hours ago but so far very satisfied with what I see. Repair done in a very timely manner. Car was very clean. I was kept very informed of time line of work bring done and new damage found as repairs were started. Very timely in getting my car looked at for estimate and in for repair. Everyone I had interaction with were polite and easy to work with.

The deer damage repair looks great.The office staff was great. What I am disappointed with, is all the dust /bondo dust left in my car. There was an attempt to wipe some of it off. Spray residue left white spots on the interior doors and other places. I did speak to the office personal about this and a gentleman wiped some of it off. I did tell him I would clean it myself, but this took over four hours to properly clean all the floor mats, dash, windows etc. The interior of the car is black. I had to remove the car seat and wash the fabric and wipe that down as well. I’m sure it settled in the cooling/heat system as well. The car should have been in a different area of the shop or the doors taped off, so dust couldn’t settle in it. Sharon (231-742-6175

My car should not have been full of Bondo dust. It should have been in an area where sanding was not happening. I understand sometimes room is limited, but the car should have been sealed with plastic while the doors were off and sanding was happening.
