Nearly 7 days late to completion, double quoted price with no contact or confirmation, many imperfections in paint and vehicle. Unethical shotty business practices. Should have just done the work myself for 10% and resullts that are just as good. You make good on the body shop scam tactics.

Quality of repair is fine. Some minor imperfections under a fine tooth comb. However, some shinnanagins are afoot. They company doubled the etimated cost with no communication until pickup.

Failure to notify of price increase, change in work scope, and failure to uphold good values. I shopped around and had several quotes from different shops, and was misled by this shop in both time and cost. Underperformed on both ends with no remorse or care for customer satisfaction.

The initial estimated time scared me and to be honest I was a little irritated, but it was done in a week or so, so beat the estimated time, they detailed the interior which i didn't expect, but it needed or THANK YOU
