I was impressed with the professionalism exhibited by the Gerber Collision team. Mr. Mike Goldston was most informative and knowledgeable about my car's damage and able to have a repair plan set up and put into motion in a timely manner. Upon picking up my car I was so pleased to see the finished "product" plus an excellently detailed vehicle inside and out. Everything looks great! I do have a dummy light on for the airbags that was not on prior to the accident but you have already agreed to take care of it. Everyone was very friendly. Thanks for all you do. Marcy

Would be a 9 or 10 except the driver door sags. I explained to Michael that I was unsatisfied with the driver door. Michael explained to me that they reused my old door pins and bushings. Michael did offer to try and adjust the door but, the door was fine. In my opinion a few dollars spent on new pins and bushings would have saved the job.
