After 9000 in work my car was given back to me with 2 non functioning headlamps. I was told since the lenses were not broken it could not be turned in. Also disappointed that half of the bill was additional meaning half was missed on original estimate. Definitely not a customer friendly transaction

Regardless if they didn’t do something that Ithought should have been done, the work they have done now and previous was excellent work they are quick and quality work, I would use them many times, if I had to.

I dont understand why they didn’t fix the side where it was damaged passenger door and part of the quarter panel. It was in the pictures sent to the insurance company and I believe those were sent to you

Maria is very good at her job, she even went above and beyond in my opinion, I forgot my garage door opener and that was the only way into my house, and she went and found it for me. There is another lady in the office as well, I donot recall her name, but she was there trying hard to focus on her job when the game warden is fixed to call a evacuation at her house
