My experience was disappointing. The collision repairs were completed, but I was frustrated with the communication. When I dropped off my vehicle, I pointed out that the check engine light had come on after the accident and was told it would be addressed. After keeping my vehicle for about three weeks, I was told it wasn’t related to the accident, without a clear explanation. I had to pick up my car because my rental coverage ended. I wish the communication and follow-through had been better.

My experience was disappointing.and very frustrating The collision bodyrepairs were completed, the body looks great. but I was frustrated with the communication. When I dropped off my vehicle, I pointed out that the check engine light had come on after the accident and was told it would be fixed. After keeping my vehicle for about 3 weeks, I was told it wasn’t related to the accident, Which they saw it was. without a clear explanation. I had to pick up my car because my insurance company which is (gecko) insurance. Told me they stop paying my rental car because this company told them the check engine light is not cause by accident. SMH. It’s clear it was with a video of the accident with the law enforcement officer check me inside the vehicle. I wish the communication and follow-through had been better. Very sad. Now i have to fix it out of pocket. I will not recommend this company.

Job well done and customer service was friendly. The only complaint is them leaving dirty plastics inside my car (in the backseat and the trunk which made my car dirty). They should have thrown that away.

I've worked very hard to get and keep a beautiful vehicle. When it was hit in a parking lot while I was having dinner and the driver ran I was very unhappy. I was concerned that is never get it back to where I had it but you guys worked magic. The customer service was superb, another rare treat.
