Customer service was great at first. I explained that I worked night shift and made it clear sometimes it was hard to work around my schedule. I was notified the day after my car was finished & was then expected to pick it up by the end of that day. Had I known that I would have scheduled my repairs for another time! When I called the following morning (when I received the voicemail) and asked to pick up my car the next morning due to a rough & long shift at work, I was told I needed to pick it up immediately or I would have to pay extra for the rental. While it didn't seem like a big deal to the staff at Gerber, it was a BIG deal for me. I had already worked a 15 hr shift & was expected to be back at work that night without enough sleep. Picking my car up knocked off another hour overall from my sleep. Needless to say, I was NOT pleased.
