I was pleasantly surprised w/the fast completion on my car, especially being fixed in such a short time. Took my car in Tuesday morning picked it up Christmas Eve(Wed). My car looks great. I loved the updates they sent. Very friendly kind employees. Thank you Gerber, very refreshing to find such dedicated people.

I received my car back today and my ignition key was severely mangled. I asked the lady at the desk what happened to it and she told me that is the way it came to them. I did not do this to my key and it either had to be your shop or the tow trucking company. I did not get any resolution to this problem as of today. This issue can create a big problem with my car if it is continued to be used. I got no "dont worry about it we'll replace it" or any type of sorry. I'll be filing an official complaint with your company, the BBB and Geico if this doesnt get rectified asap
