I want you to know how happy I am with Gerber Collision and also Scot and Darlene who were both wonderful to work with. Even though having the accident was not pleasant, your people made it a very pleasant experience. Your customer service is amazing! and workmanship is amazing too. Thank you so much for being in Gainesville. USAA made it very clear that if I didn't take my car to an "approved by USAA" shop they would not stand behind the work done. That's all I had to hear and I know and trust USAA for 50 years!! They were right, as usual!!! You now have a very loyal and happy customer--me!!

The Gerber Team was very friendly and kept me up to date the entire time my vehicle was being worked on. Paint job looks very nice, less a couple blemishes which Scott said will be fixed very easily once the paint dries.
