The team at your glenview location is fantastic. However in my neighborhood, one of your gerber vans parks illegally and it's quite frustrating. I gave the license plate info to my service advisor, and he said they submitted it to HR, so I will await a resolution from your corporate office. Especially since after we tweeted a photo to you, you replied, but your employee follows a person on twitter who then harassed us. Unacceptable to have this type of employee, in my opinion. Presents a negative image of what I would otherwise believe to be a great company. Definitely not someone I would want to represent my company.

They had told me they would buff out the additional little marks on my car (I spent $1200). When I went to pick upset didn't even buff out the marks in the area that I brought the car in to have repaired. They brought it back and fixed those in about a minute. Why couldn't they have done the other spots as promised too? Now I have to pay again somewhere else to fix those. Not what I am used to. Back to my old body shop.

They made this so easy. Drop car off, rental car company Picks you up an puts you in a loaner for length Of repair. Gerber said 3 days an that is exactly what It was. They did a beautiful job on the body work. I will use Gerber Every time I can. I will also refer friends to them as an excellent Shop. They get a 5 star rating or a 10plus from me!!
