Everyone I met was very courteous. I really enjoyed receiving the text messages regarding the repair updates. Especially the one saying my Chevrolet can go home. That put a smile on my face. It was a very good gesture. I also appreciated the quick - and professional - service! The only bad thing I can say - I wasn't there long enough to have a cup of coffee. The only minor glitch was a promised date that did not work because a part was missing. It was resolved the next day so it was not a big deal. Everyone I spoke to, including Hugh, was very nice.
