I dropped off my car on a Wednesday morning expecting my car back in a lengthy amount of time and Gerber had it done and talked to me about it two days within me dropping it off. They are a great company to work with and are very liable. I would not trust my car with anyone else. I am very satisfied. There customer service was wonderful working with insurance companies and I really appreciated the text updates even after I picked up my car. There customer service was beyond amazing compared to my past experiences!! So thanks so much!!!!!

I am receiving this completion survey while my car is still in your shop uncompleted. I was told work would be completed friday 5/29 and when i called i was told it would be completed by saturday noon 5/30. Truck is still in your shop and when i called today i was told they hope to have it done on monday.
