Hood hinge bolt was not seated or tightened. I had to tighten it myself. I found dirt smudge on my new visors and some on my new headliner. Clips missing on front of hood insulation . Rubber cushion hood stop on drivers side was twisted and torn. O had to silicone it in place. The paint on the hood looks good.

My Experience

Everyone at the Loveland location was so helpful. They handled the insurance claim, a rental, and even let me double book a chip repair company to come out while my car was at their shop. All this, plus a full bumper replacement and color match, was done in a little over 24 hours. I would absolutely come back for any future repairs.

My Experience

My Santa Cruz truck is literally only 2 months old, and it was damaged by hail at my home. Gerber was recommended by my insurance company. I'm glad I took that recommendation. There some damage that required repainting and some that was a pointless dent repair. The repairs were invisible with a perfect paint match. Sonya kept me in the status loop daily and was right on the money with the completion date. What started as a disaster, finished looking better than new, really!

I was really disappointed that my brand new Santa Cruz truck was significantly hail damaged by a recent storm. I had only owned the vehicle about two months. I asked my insurance company for a repair shop recommendation, and they advised me to go to Gerber. The dent repair was literally perfect. I was concerned the paint match would be a problem but that too was without fault. I got daily updates on status from Sonya and when I picked the truck up, it had a fresh detail and looked better than new, really. Gerber did a great job, I shouldn't have been worried.
