It looks great, but we had discussed in the beginning about making sure the trailer hitch electrical connection was secured and not bungee corded like it was. I'll call when I'm back in town to discuss and make a plan for getting that taken care of. (Positive note). Filling up my car was a nice touch that was not necessary, but greatly appreciated. The drop off/delivery was very appreciated as I was out of town and my spouse was unable to pick up my car without me there.
